Punn Augsornworawat is a doctoral candidate in biomedical engineering at Washington University in St. Louis, working in Jeffrey Millman’s research group. He received his bachelor's degree in material science and engineering from McGill University and a master's degree in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University. He researches utilizing single-cell technologies to understand pancreatic islet differentiations and develop new methodologies to generate functional islets from pluripotent stem cells.
