As a solicitor in Holmes & Hills' Construction Division, part of the firm’s broader Dispute Resolution Department, Abbie works closely with fellow Construction Law specialists, Sam Bawden and Lawrence Pearce. Working together, Abbie and the Construction Division ensure clients’ commercial interests are protected when beginning, ending, or disputing a construction contract.
As a specialist construction solicitor, Abbie is involved in advising and representing clients in respect of matters concerning:

- Final Account payment disputes
- Adjudication claims
- Arbitration

In addition to advising on disputes, alongside her colleagues in the Construction Division, Abbie provides training to the senior leadership and management teams of construction clients, to assist them in identifying and minimising legal risk in their management of construction contracts and projects.
