Jan de Witt is a medical doctor by training (University Leiden, The Netherlands). Jan spent more than 35 years in the pharmaceutical and CRO business-environment and has fulfilled many global jobs, varying from general management, strategic business development, corporate development, medical affairs and clinical development. In December 2023, he retired as Vice President Therapeutic Area Head at Fortrea CRO and since early 2024 Jan joined Veramed as consultant for the role of Strategic Ambassador.
