Lindsay is a co-founder and leader of the Transwestern New York office. She also co-leads its Nonprofit Advisory Group and directs branding services within Transwestern Consulting Group. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Lindsay’s experience exceeds 15 years and includes over five million square feet of transactions. She specializes in a broad range of industries including finance, technology, and nonprofit, successfully representing clients such as Robin Hood, JPMorgan Chase, Children’s Aid, Mitsubishi, and Goodwill. Her extensive Landlord advisory work includes buildings such as 2 Wall Street, 830 Third Avenue, 570 Lexington Avenue and 16 East 34th Street. Lindsay began her career in real estate at The Staubach Company in 2003 initially as a director of marketing and subsequently as a broker. Before joining Transwestern in 2011, Lindsay served as Principal of Centric Real Estate Advisors. Before joining the real estate industry, she worked in marketing and public relations for Nike Communications, Camdens.com and Ads on Tags. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION Lindsay is a member of the Transwestern Board of Directors and co-founder of the Women's Leadership Council. She's also a member of YMREA, previously serving as Chairman and on the Board of Governors. She is a mentor for Trailblazers, and serves on the NY Advisory Council of Dream Foundation. She has received the Bisnow Power Women distinction, the Young Real Estate Professional of the Year Award from the Real Estate Board of New York, Women of Influence by Real Estate Forum, Women in Real Estate Spotlight by New York Real Estate Journal, Female Leader of the Year by Commercial Property Executive, NextGen: Women to Watch by Real Estate Forum, and was a Woman Who Dared honoree by the NCJW. Lindsay also helped lead the company to earn the No. 1 spot on the 2017 and 2016 “Best Places to Work in New York City” list by Crain’s New York Business. EDUCATION Lindsay graduated Summa Cum Laude and top in her class as a communications major from the University of Pennsylvania where she founded the Penn Women’s Varsity Golf Team.
