Nichole joined Encore Consumer Capital in 2014 and focuses on deal origination and execution as well as portfolio management for the firms consumer investments. Previously, she helped manage Encore’s investments in Supergoop! and butter LONDON, among others, and is currently on the board of Brownie Brittle and Lion Beverage. Prior to joining Encore, Nichole was an investment banking analyst at Lazard, where she focused on both sell-side and buy-side middle market transactions in the consumer sector. Nichole earned a BSB with distinction in Finance from the University of Minnesota. Nichole lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and daughter.
