Monica is a Senior Banking Relationship Advisor in Austin and has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry. Monica partners with individuals, families and their businesses, non-profits and family offices. Monica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and E-Business from Texas Christian University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Monica was a senior commercial relationship manager with Texas Capital Bank. She previously served as a commercial relationship manager for Amegy Bank in both their C&I and real estate groups and completed formal credit training. Monica is passionate about not only serving clients, but also the Austin community at large. She is the 2020 Chair of the Greater Austin Business Awards for the Austin Chamber and also serves on its Programs Committee. She is active on multiple Boards, currently serving as Vice Chair and Treasurer for the Austin Parks Foundation Board and Co-Treasurer and Board Member of the Literacy Coalition of Central Texas.
