Jeff Pederson, Ph.D.

Global Head, Analytical Science and Technology, Seqirus

Jeff Pederson is the Global Head, Analytical Science and Technology (AS&T) for Seqirus. He is responsible for leading the AS&T organization in all analytical activities related to commercial Influenza vaccine manufacturing. He provides technical and strategic direction for the advancement of industry-leading analytics supporting the Seqirus Influenza vaccine business. This includes innovation, method development and validation, and transfer activities. Prior to Seqirus, Jeff was Vice President of Quality at KBI Biopharma. He started his career at Wyeth, where he held various roles of increasing responsibility within process and analytical development. Jeff earned his Ph.D. in Genetics from North Carolina State University, a B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech; he completed his postdoctoral training at the University of Wisconsin.
