凌葉麗嬋女士是「香港有品運動」的發起人之一，現任香港有品運動有限公司總幹事，自2006年起一直致力推動品格教育。她經常獲邀至政府部門、社會機構及家長教師會，主講公開講座及培訓導師，並擁有美國認證的「6A品格教育」督導及培訓師資格。凌女士曾獲選為「全港傑出青年婦女義工」及「香港十大傑出家長」。
自2009年起，她領導「有品校園」計劃，17年來已推動超過500間學校參與，並將服務推展至澳門，積極與當地政府合作推廣品格文化。她對教育和社會服務的熱誠，為香港社區推廣正面的價值觀貢獻良多。
Ms. Josephine Ling is one of the founders and the current General Secretary of the Hong Kong Character City Movement Limited. Since 2006, she has been dedicated to advancing character education in Hong Kong and is frequently invited to lead public lectures and train facilitators in government departments, social organizations, and parent-teacher associations. Ms. Ling is a certified supervisor and trainer of the “6A Character Education™” program from the United States and has been recognized as one of Hong Kong’s Outstanding Young Female Volunteers and as one of the city’s Ten Outstanding Parents.
Since 2009, she has led the “Character School” program, which has engaged over 500 schools over 17 years. The program has expanded its reach to Macau, where she actively collaborates with local government to promote a culture of character development. Her passion for education and social service has greatly contributed to fostering positive values within the Hong Kong community.
