He is the author of “Re-imagining the legacy insurer” and “The Next 10 Years in Insurance”, published by Insurtech Insights in August 2020, with additional reports scheduled for publication before the end of 2020.
Other than his role with Insurtech Insights Stephen also runs his own consultancy that helps organisations identify growth opportunities, improve their products and services, and tell their stories.
Prior to setting up as an independent Stephen spent almost 20 years with two blue-chip research firms: Kantar and Ipsos.
