He has been a Lead KAIZEN™ Coach, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean practitioner, and accumulated years of experience where he garnered the ability to spot genuine opportunities for financial benefits and is an expert in cost savings, product and process optimization, and organizational leadership.

His has been delivering and preaching KAIZEN™ throughout different organisations and industries such as Oil and Gas, Mining, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, and Agriculture. Apart from Malaysia, he has also engaged with organisations from several countries in ASIA such as USA, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Russia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Korea, India, Saudi Arabia, and UAE.

With strong engineering background graduated from Tri-State University in Aerospace Engineering, Indiana, USA coupled with several professional certificate from University of Michigan in Lean Six Sigma Program Management, American Society for Quality as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a member of AIAA, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics
