Ruby is a seasoned Finance and Information Technology leader with over 20 years of experience spanning across the Banking, Telecom, Aerospace & Defense industries in Nigeria the U.S, and U.K. Her areas of expertise include Financial Advisory, IT Strategy and Operations, and Program Management. She also has over 13 years of experience in policy research and analysis, and a Doctoral degree in Public Policy.
Ruby has held a number of senior management roles within Stanbic IBTC and the Standard Bank Group. She currently heads up Personal Banking in Stanbic IBTC Bank Nigeria, where she provides leadership in driving retail strategy to achieve scale, sustainable profitability and operational efficiency through digitization, while ensuring the delivery of first-in-class customer experience. Prior to her current role, she headed up Private Banking, providing customized wealth and financial advisory services to high net-worth clients.
