Justin’s diverse technical specialties includes facility decommissioning; emerging contaminants; site re-development; air permitting; contaminated sites; design; construction management; regulatory negotiations; sustainability; greening government operations; management systems; environmental compliance; water treatment; waste minimization; resource minimization; and infrastructure.
