Jane joined Avient as an R&D Engineer in 2010, building six years of material and process development experience before moving into her current design role. She is passionate about collaborating with Avient’s technical teams and with customers to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
As a designer, her projects have ranged from aesthetic and ergonomic design to high-performance functional assemblies. She has helped Avient’s customers develop products for consumer goods, healthcare, industrial, aerospace and other markets.
She has a B.S. in Polymer Science and Engineering.
