Tim joined Synergex in 2017 as a Software Test Engineer / Programmer on the QA team, then moved to our IS team and spearheaded our move to DevOps processes. After leaving Synergex for a couple years, gaining experience as a software engineer and then manager of a .NET development team, Tim returned to Synergex in 2022 as Software Development Manager. In 2023, he was promoted to Director of Software Development where he oversees all development functions, including design, development, documentation, and testing. He is responsible for making sure our products meet Synergex standards for quality and performance.
