I have spent over 20 years exploring the connections between values, leadership, culture and strategy. I am a serial entrepreneur, coach, author, and speaker. I am excited about the application of brain chemistry and neurobiology to leadership effectiveness.
My experience working with companies from Fortune 50 to start ups leads me to believe that medium sized companies and aggressive/values-based start ups have the potential to not only change our world, but do so in a way that is lasting and…sustainable over the long-term.
As a serial entrepreneur, mystic, author and educator I have a strong background in applying systems thinking to ethics and values thus helping leaders shift behavior to mimic and model the principles that nature has used so successfully for the past 3.8 billion years.
