Chuck Stroman, assistant director of operations at EJM, brings over 20 years of aviation experience, including roles as a G650 captain, check pilot, standardization pilot, lead pilot, and maintenance test pilot evaluator. An Army and Air Force veteran, he holds a bachelor’s in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle and is pursuing a master’s in psychology at Harvard Extension School. He is an ATP, A&P/IA, Gold Seal flight instructor, and an NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM).
Chuck serves as an active on the NBAA Business Aviation Management Committee (BAMC), Vice Chair of the BAMC Leadership Development Subcommittee, and Board of Advisors for Higher Vets. He is passionate about mentoring and coaching future aviation professionals and advocating for veterans.
