With over 20 years’ experience in a variety of different sectors and settings I have spent the last five within Unilever Food Solutions as the Executive Chef. Having studied for my Professional Chefs’ diploma at Westminster College I went on to work in Fine Dining/Michelin starred establishments, then onto an event catering company heading up a multisite operation – from fields, to exhibition venue, to art galleries this has taught me the importance of the EPOS data and how it can influence what I as a chef was doing.
