Curtis Armstrong joined the Employment team from the boutique labour and employment law firm of Sherrard Kuzz LLP, where he was an associate. He has experience advising employers on the drafting of employment contracts, conducting terminations, complying with minimum standards and occupational health and safety legislation, and developing workplace policies and training in the areas of human rights and employee privacy.
