Jay Riendeau has been with Makino for over 28 years. He spent his early years at Makino in the service department working in many different positions, including Technical Support Team Leader and Vertical Service Team for North America. In 2007 he took his knowledge in service and moved to engineering where he took on the role of Engineering Manager-Machine Platform, for the development of customized mechanical and electrical machine options to further enhance the capability of Makino machines in the North American market.
Using his years of experience in service and engineering, Jay moved into the position of Product Manager in late 2024, providing engineering support for machining centers to the sales and marketing departments at Makino.
