In addition, he served as a Senior Manager with Washington, DC based Chapman Development and was a Manager with Cohn Reznick’s Bethesda based Real Estate Transactions Group.
Today, Mr. Lawrence runs an affordable housing consulting business focused in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He has over 18 years of experience in affordable housing as a Developer and Developer Consultant. His experience includes workforce, affordable, mixed income and mixed-use housing. His clients include for profit and non profit developers, real estate investors, churches and other non-profit organizations. His direct involvement in developments has resulted in over 550 affordable units in Washington, DC and Shreveport, LA.
