Helen has been working for Cambridge BID since it was established in 2013 and before that she jointly managed the independent public / private sector partnership Love Cambridge. Helen started her city centre management career with Cambridge City Council in 2007 and has been working in the industry for over 10 years.
On a day to day basis with Cambridge BID Helen is currently responsible for delivering the Cambridge Gift Card Programme, the Mystery Shop and Awards and the annual Sparkle & Shine Ball. She is also responsible for collating performance data for the City and publishing monthly reports outlining how Cambridge is performing. Helen is also leading, in partnership with the Business Crime Partnership Manager, a Purple Flag application process which will hopefully see Cambridge attain Purple Flag status for the first time in 2019.
