Tim is the COO at Lynchpin, an independent analytics consultancy that integrates data science, engineering and strategy capabilities to solve their clients’ analytics challenges. By bringing together teams with complementary sets of expertise, dynamic tools and a broad range of experience, Lynchpin help to improve long term analytics maturity while delivering practical results in areas such as multichannel measurement, customer segmentation, forecasting, pricing optimisation, attribution and personalisation.
Starting his career at RSA Insurance Group, Tim has 25 years of analytics experience on both client (Avis Europe & Experian) and agency side, working with blue-chip brands across multiple sectors including banking, retail, publishing and manufacturing.
His experience and breadth of knowledge across the customer analytics spectrum encompasses predictive analytics, business intelligence and digital analytics, giving him an in-depth understanding of both the strategic and practical issues facing companies as they look to harness a rising tide of customer data and utilise the best analytical approaches available to make sense of it.
