Tara is a Vice President at Main Post Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on investing in leading companies across the consumer value chain. She works closely with founders and management teams to support the execution of growth opportunities and strategic initiatives, as well as identifies and evaluates new investments across the consumer ecosystem. Previously, Tara was a Vice President at Swander Pace Capital, where she worked on several consumer-focused investments and sat on the boards of Glo Skin Beauty, J.R. Watkins, Aden & Anais, and Bragg Live Food Products. Before Swander Pace Capital, Tara started her career at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where she spent four years on the Consumer Investment Banking team focused on mergers and acquisitions. Tara is a Cleveland native and graduated from Miami University where she majored in Finance.
