George Parry is a Director of Credit Suisse in Human Resources, based in London. He is the bank's Head of Experienced Recruitment for Technology, where the focus is on finding the best talent, preparing them for success and developing their careers via internal mobility, as well as partnering on leading initiatives like the Real Returns program which supports women who have taken a career break.
George has worked in HR and Recruitment since the early 2000’s and worked for several large financial services and consulting businesses over this time. Prior to his current role, George served as a global HR Business Partner at UBS supporting the Investment Banking Division and has held various recruitment roles at Barclays, JPMorgan and Sapient.
George studied a Sports Degree at Solent University, is a father of three and remains a passionate fan of all sport.
