Frankie Mossman is the Chief Customer Officer for Overhaul. Frankie joined Overhaul in May2019 as the Vice President of Operations before advancing into her current role as CCO. At Overhaul, Frankie is focused on driving customer success initiatives and further streamlining operational processes to help scale the company’s rapid growth. Frankie has an extensive background in supply chain logistics and global manufacturing environments, serving as the Vice President of Global Logistics at Flex where she was responsible for procurement, network design and operations, and managed$400 million in annual logistics spend across 30 countries. Most recently, Frankie served as the Vice President of Integrated Logistics & Materials Management at Honeywell where she was focused around leveraging global synergies across all of Honeywell's businesses and networks to drive best practices across the company.
