Tony started out life as social worker before training as a psychotherapist and has worked Nationally and Inter-Nationally developing services for vulnerable children and families. He is currently a director of Headsight Services, providing psychology and psychotherapy interventions to children and families with a history of early trauma and; delivering therapeutic skills training to non-clinical professionals. He is also a director of the Trauma Action Group (TAG) which works with organisations to develop practical and sustainable trauma informed approaches.
