David Reid

Immediate past president of Property Managers Association Scotland and is a member of the Ministerial Working Group on Mortgage Lending and Cladding.

David has been working in the property management industry for most of his working career and has had early career periods in the NHS and commercial property management. David successfully owned and managed a factoring business from start up in 2003 and was responsible for his company being the fastest organic grown company in the history of residential property management in Scotland. Life Property Management was acquired by James Gibb Residential Factors in 2019 and David retained equity in James Gibb as well as remaining as an Executive Director of their board. He has experience with vast roles within the industry such as President of the Property Managers Association Scotland, 2018 to 2021, which is a reflection on the wealth of knowledge he has in the industry. He has a clear focus on the highest service delivery and has been involved from start to end on some of the largest, most technically built developments ever built in Scotland.
