Corin Bowman

Associate General Counsel | Ledcor Group of Companies

Corin is Associate General Counsel for the Ledcor Group of Companies, where he advises Ledcor’s Infrastructure Investments group on its P3 projects and construction projects that have an alternative financing aspect to them.  He also works on acquisitions and divestitures and helps oversee Ledcor’s infrastructure investments as a board member on assets under management.  Prior to joining Ledcor, Corin was Associate General Counsel with a leading developer and operator of marine terminal infrastructure in the US and Canada.  There, he was involved in all aspects of the business, including corporate finance, M&A, governance, major capital projects, and generally acting as day-to-day counsel to the senior leadership team.  Prior to that, Corin spent two years with a publicly traded alternative fuel technology company, where he advised on a diverse range of matters and played a key role negotiating several of the company’s most critical strategic partnerships.  He began his legal career with Lang Michener LLP (now McMillan LLP), where he spent five years in the Business Law group maintaining a broad corporate commercial practice.   In 2020, Corin was named a Lexpert Rising Star: Leading Lawyers Under 40 in Canada, by Lexpert Magazine.
