Jill joined ESa as a Project Manager in 2014. She has over 16 years of experience managing design and construction projects for healthcare clients across the country. Jill has been involved in the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Nashville for 14 years, including nine years as a team leader and now as Board Chair. The ACE Mentor Program of Nashville, Tennessee introduces high school students to exciting careers in the architectural, construction management and engineering professions, and supports their higher education goals through merit-based scholarships. The program was started in 2002 with 40 students from three schools. The students were organized into three teams and mentored by professionals from 15 firms. They now reach more than 130 students each year with over 100 dedicated professionals mentoring ten teams representing 18 schools. Over $725,000 in scholarship funds have been awarded to Middle Tennessee students since the affiliate was founded.
