Trevor Pruitt

As Manager of Employer Initiatives at Skillful Colorado, an initiative of the Markle Foundation, the state Colorado, Microsoft, and LinkedIn, Trevor and his colleagues look to create a labor market based on skills. At Skillful, Trevor leads the development and deployment of the Skillful Talent Series, a training series for employers teaching them to use skills-based hiring to help them attract, hire, and retain talent. Trevor works to build partnerships with leaders in local business communities to provide people management solutions to communities across Colorado. Trevor also brings a passion for inclusion and equity to the work at Skillful, striving to build an economy that works for everyone.
