Brett Boynton

CEO & Managing Director (首席执行官), Tectonic Gold

Brett is an experienced resources and technology company executive having founded and co-founded five groups that have grown to over $100m in market capitalisation. He has a background in capital markets and private equity as a senior banker with Credit Suisse, UBS and FBR Capital in Europe, the USA and Australia. Brett sits on the board of Chrysos Corporation Ltd, a gold testing technology business and Agripower Australia Limited, a private city-backed industrial minerals group. Brett has successfully led the initiative to partner with the Australian Federal Government in research and development of resources industry-related technology for a number of companies including Tectonic Gold’s subsidiary, Signature Gold Pty Ltd and its pioneering work in Intrusive Related Gold Systems.

Brett holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Cape Town, an MBA from Duke University and is a CFA charter holder. Brett is a significant shareholder in Tectonic Gold Plc and was appointed as a Director of the Company on 26 May 2015.
