Jos leads the team that ensures that every Rep Cap client achieves their content marketing goals — while enjoying a positive experience along the way. He has worked in almost every aspect of advertising and marketing: as a media publisher and editorial director, in marketing data analytics, and as a chief marketing officer at two (successful!) tech startups. He has a B.A. in social psychology from the University of Utah and did graduate work in economics at Johns Hopkins SAIS. In his spare time, he is the author of the (in progress) Seventh Talent trilogy.
