Joining Bogerd Martin in 2014 taking a supportive role in the development team of Chart Track software, he was responsible for company internal and customer service technical support, the development of internal and external documentation and played a key role in the decision making process of front end user interface development.
Having spent several years in the company fulfilling these tasks, Nelson was adopted into the main corporate structure of Bogerd Martin, firstly getting to know the ins and outs of the operational processes for digital licensing services.
After a short while, he was tasked with completely restructuring the company’s technical knowledge base for internal applications and end user applications.
Since then, Nelson has taken on an increasing number of responsibilities, being involved in all outward facing communications to customers, suppliers and development partners.
He is currently appointed Head of Innovations, Technology and Support and vets all externally developed solutions before they are introduced to Bogerd Martins product range. and executions and personal follow up of key accounts that adopt new technologies offered by Bogerd Martin are some of the responsibilities Nelson is currently tasked with.
