Ashleigh has been at Nike for nearly 4 and a half years. She started as an Associate Engineer in Flyknit where she is now an Engineer II, working specifically with the Nike Sportswear category. Her favorite models I’ve worked on are the Space Hippie 4 and the Medal Stand Vapormax for the Olympics. To be able to work with sustainable product has been very rewarding. Most recently, Ashleigh and her team have worked to use Flyknit in a different way, supporting other Nike teams by making face coverings to enable their work.
Ashleigh grew up 15 mins down the road from Nike in Tigard and then attended Oregon State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a minor in Business & Entrepreneurship.
