Monica Lee is the Head of Sales at Maxio, where she leads the company's go-to-market strategy and revenue organization, helping B2B SaaS companies scale through modern financial operations. Before joining Maxio, Monica spent over a decade at NetSuite in progressive leadership roles, most recently as Regional Vice President. There, she built and coached top-performing teams focused on helping SMBs implement cloud ERP solutions to streamline operations and drive growth, earning consistent recognition across both New Business and Account Management.
Monica began her career in business development, building deep expertise in SaaS, ERP, and ensuring the businesses she partnered with built a lasting operational foundation for long-term success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
