Andrew Dare is the group CTO at STRAT7, where he leads the group’s technology strategy and implementation across its global network. Since joining in 2023, he has established the AI Innovation Lab, focused on safely, securely and cost-effectively integrating AI tools and capabilities across the organization. Andrew brings over 25 years of technology leadership experience across financial services, consulting and enterprise transformation. Before STRAT7, he held senior roles including CTO for banking and financial markets at CGI, chief technologist at DXC Technology and technical solution architect at IBM.
