Blondel Pinnock specializes in social impact investing with an emphasis on Opportunity Zones and New Market Tax Credits. Ms. Pinnock received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University, and is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She served as the Deputy Director of the Department of Housing & Preservation for the City of New York, and has spent the last 18 years in real estate finance supporting commercial, market rate and affordable housing development.
She is the former Chief Lending Officer for Carver Bank, and former Deputy Director of the Department of Housing & Development.
