Adam Gordon is the SEND and Inclusion Manager at LGfL. His role enables him to help schools of all types to improve inclusive practice and support their learners with additional needs.
As a dyslexic person, Adam has experienced his own challenges in education. As a learner, he formed strong beliefs about inclusive education which he carried with him into his career as a teacher. Adam writes a monthly newsletter, regularly blogs, has had articles published and contributed chapters to books on the subject of special needs and technology.
Adam has worked across primary and secondary phases in special needs and mainstream settings latterly as an Assistant Headteacher.
Adam is passionate about engaging, relevant and accessible education for ALL and he believes that technology has a powerful part to play in enabling this.
