Scott Gartner, Founder and CEO of RoadtoClose, has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years as attorney, licensed realtor, and business owner. Seeing a need to reduce missed deadlines and improve poor communication in the real estate process, he created the cloud-based, transaction management app RoadtoClose. The mission is to simplify the process from contract to closing for all professionals involved, while enhancing the experience for buyers and sellers.
An entrepreneur by nature, Scott is also the founder of Merit Law Group, which concentrates on commercial and residential real estate, civil litigation, banking law, corporate documentation, and estate planning. He has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) focused in Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as a B.A. degree in History and Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
