Will is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, a Five-Time Microsoft MVP Winner, and a frequent Sybex author with 33 published Microsoft books and exam study guides.
In 2015, Will joined StormWind as a Senior Microsoft Instructor. This was after many successful years in the computer industry as an IT Director and Manager and instructor at various other organizations. He started teaching classes for such schools as Boston University and the University of Maryland, and for various corporate and government clients, including the United States Secret Service, US Armed Forces (all branches), Cisco, and Microsoft.
He is proud to be a former member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, the United States Air Force, and a veteran of the Desert Shield and Desert Storm operations during the Iraq War.
