Bio
Mr. Cohen has worked in the medical device industry for over thirty-five years. He has focused on innovation that can improve patient outcomes and has managed R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical research, quality, and marketing. Prior to his current position, Mr. Cohen served as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Joint Replacement division since rejoining Stryker in 2013 as part of the Mako acquisition. Mr. Cohen has over 25 patents and speaks globally at medical education conferences. He also serves on numerous boards and is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of NJIT. Mr. Cohen has been inducted as a Fellow to the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering and has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, all from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
