Robin Moore is Head of Data Analysis & Research at HM Inspectorate of Probation (England and Wales). He provides strategic leadership and direction to the inspectorate’s research and data analysis function, overseeing all research products and the analytical support to youth, adult, and thematic inspections. His work focuses on collaborative strengthening of the evidence base for high quality youth justice and probation services and on maximising the robustness and impact of inspection. Robin has 25 years' experience of leading and managing research strategies and programmes and undertaking quantitative and qualitative projects across the criminal justice system. He has published on a range of topics including assessment, intervention delivery, multi-agency working, leadership, relational approaches, and evidence-informed practice.
