Ms. Lopamudra Tripathy, (PhD, SOAS) - a Communication for Development Specialist with UNICEF India. With over 18 years of experience in the development sector, Lopamudra primarily provides strategic support to a range of partners like government and civil society in designing, implementing, and monitoring social and behaviour change interventions to maximise programme delivery. Under her guidance the state of Odisha in India has set up the first ever Centre of Excellence for Communication with an aim to institutionalize communication approaches by building structures for SBCC delivery and systematic implementation.
