At TGS Prediktor, he works with advanced IT and SCADA solutions for the renewable energy sector, leading complex customer deliveries across projects, maintenance, support, governance and commercial follow-up. Previously, as Head of Support at eSmart Systems, he led the strategic and operational development of the support function and worked closely with Customer Success and Product Development to align customer needs with innovation and long-term product value.
