Claude Louis (He, Him, His) is a Licensed Professional Counselor working at a Community Health Agency in Bridgeport. Claude’s experience includes working with Children, LGTBQ youth and young adults, individuals afflicted by homeless and trauma.
Claude is has worked within and partnered with numerous nonprofit agencies to provide trauma informed, competent cares to members of our most vulnerable communities. Claude recently was among one of the co-founders of African American Therapists of Connecticut which seeks to create a space for black and brown counselors and therapists to network and support one another in a practice that is often dominated by white voices.
Claude utilizes a person centered and social justice model of treatment hoping to provide support in an all encompassing way to address barriers to treatment and ultimately help individuals become the best version of themselves. Claude hopes to continue to grow his knowledge and provide the best competent care to members of our most vulnerable populations within the Community of Bridgeport and state of Connecticut.
