As Managing Partner, Scott is a member of the Jones DesLauriers Executive Team and is accountable for the continued growth and development of the firm’s complex hospitality, realty, renewable energy, and construction segments. With over 10 years of experience in the area of risk transfer consulting, Scott focuses on strategic risk mitigation, specialized program creation, and captive insurance consulting—including the placement of insurance and reinsurance for local, national, and international clients. In his leadership role, Scott provides mentoring, support, and development opportunities to colleagues to broaden the depth of expertise offered and further build the risk management practice across the organization. Scott holds a degree in Business Management (BSc) from The State University of New York at Oswego, and is a Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO).
