James Kornberg is Director Innovation part of the Business Development team of Air France Industries and KLM Engineering & Maintenance, a position he has held since 2015. After a bachelor degree in Aeronautical Engineering in London, a master of Air Transport Management at Cranfield and one year at Airbus, James Kornberg joined Air France in 1998. He started in strategic planning at the airline and since 2001 in Air France Industries and has had professional experiences in marketing & sales, long haul Airbus maintenance manager for line and base maintenance in CDG, with the A380 phase-in and Aerostructures Product, and was Business Development General Manager for 4 years with the launch of new nacelles repairs development which included a new 40 MEUR composite shop and expanding capabilities on new product nacelles.
