Bio
Wayne has over 25 years’ experience in education and technology with a career spanning teaching, product development, qualifications and assessment, school improvement interventions, and software development.
Wayne is passionate about education and technology, and previously spent many years at Pearson before joining Oxford University Press. He has worked across all ages and stages of learning and education contexts globally, including South Africa, East and West Africa, China, Brazil, India, Italy, Australia, the US and the UK.
Wayne has also worked in higher education, leading a large global product design, development, and delivery team at 2U, an EdTech company delivering online degree and non-degree programmes for universities.
Now, Wayne leads the Global Product function for the Education division at Oxford University Press, where he has responsibility for product strategy, digital product management and transformation, assessment services, product data and insights, and product efficacy.
