Laura Leebrick is the Community and Governmental Affairs Manager at Rogue Disposal & Recycling in Medford, Oregon. Laura served as a member of the DEQ Recycling Steering Committee, and also currently serves as Treasurer on the AOR Board, and has been a proud member of AOR for two decades.
