Polly Collingridge is General Manager of the Cultural Intelligence Centre UK and a CQ Certified Facilitator. She works closely with organisations across corporate, healthcare and education sectors to understand their people and culture challenges and identify how Cultural Intelligence can support their goals. Her work spans inclusive leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, organisational culture, employee and customer relationships, and developing globally capable staff and students. Polly brings extensive experience in helping organisations translate CQ from a framework into practical, sustainable organisational development.
